Gentle Exercise Class
There is a lovely, friendly, gentle exercise group at the Winlaton Centre on Thursdays from 10-11. Suitable for anyone but particularly those who find it easier to sit during exercise. You will learn techniques you can try at home such as breathing exercises and bone density techniques. The class is followed by a friendly, informal coffee morning.
